We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the website after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Products & Pricing

• All products are handcrafted from genuine copper, brass, or iron by artisans in Moradabad, Uttar Pradesh, India
• Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable GST unless stated otherwise
• Product images are representative; natural variations in handcrafted items are not defects
• Slight differences in colour, weight, and finish are inherent to handcrafted copper products
• We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice
• Price at time of order confirmation is the final price — subsequent price changes do not affect existing orders
• Bulk order pricing is subject to separate negotiation and quotation

3. Orders & Payment

Order Placement

• Orders are confirmed only after successful payment or COD confirmation
• We reserve the right to cancel orders due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud
• In case of cancellation, a full refund will be processed within 5–7 business days

Payment Methods

• Razorpay — UPI, Debit/Credit Cards, Net Banking, EMI
• PayU — UPI, Cards, Wallets, Net Banking
• Cash on Delivery (COD) — available for orders up to ₹10,000

GST & Invoicing

• GST Invoice is provided for all orders
• Corporate clients can request GST invoices with their GSTIN

4. Shipping & Delivery

• We ship Pan India via Delhivery and other trusted logistics partners
• Free shipping on orders above ₹999; ₹99 flat shipping charge on orders below ₹999
• Standard delivery: 4–7 business days (remote areas may take up to 10 days)
• Express delivery available for select pincodes at additional charge
• Dispatch within 1–2 business days of order confirmation
• Corporate/bulk orders: 7–15 business days for custom engraving and packaging

• We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, natural disasters, or government restrictions

5. Returns & Refunds

Return Eligibility

• Returns accepted within 7 days of delivery
• Item must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging
• Proof of purchase (order ID) required for all returns
• Manufacturing defects: accepted anytime with photographic evidence

Non-Returnable Items

• Custom engraved or personalised products
• Products returned without original packaging
• Items showing signs of use, cleaning, or damage by customer
• Products purchased during clearance or final sale

Refund Process

• Approved refunds processed within 5–7 business days
• Refunds to original payment method (UPI, card, bank account)
• COD orders refunded via bank transfer — NEFT/IMPS/UPI
• Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item was defective

6. Product Warranty

All Tamrapatram products are crafted from high-grade copper and brass. We warrant that our products are free from manufacturing defects at the time of delivery.

• Natural patina (darkening) of copper over time is not a defect — it is a hallmark of genuine copper
• Slight variations in hammered texture, weight (±5%), or engraving depth are not defects
• Copper products must be cleaned with approved methods only (see our care guide)
• Warranty does not cover damage due to misuse, improper cleaning, or accidental damage

7. Intellectual Property

All content on tamrapatram.com — including text, images, logos, product photographs, design elements, and the "Tamrapatram™" brand name — is the exclusive intellectual property of Tamrapatram Metal Craft & Kitchenware Gifting Solutions.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or commercially use any content from our website without prior written consent. Unauthorised use will be subject to legal action under the Copyright Act, 1957 and Trade Marks Act, 1999.

8. User Conduct

By using our website, you agree not to:

• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent orders or information
• Attempt to hack, scrape, or reverse-engineer the website
• Post spam, abusive, or defamatory content in reviews or contact forms

• Shipping delays caused by third-party logistics partners
• Loss of data, revenue, or business due to website downtime
• Damage caused by improper use or care of copper/brass products

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the purchase price of the product in question.

10. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your purchase shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Faridabad, Haryana, India.
