What is the minimum order quantity for bulk orders?
The minimum order quantity is 50 units per product type. For mixed lots (multiple product types), each individual product requires a minimum of 25 units, with a combined total of at least 100 units.
Can I get custom logo engraving or branding on products?
Yes! We offer laser engraving, stamping, and screen printing for logos, company names, or custom text. Branding is available on most copper and brass products. A small additional charge applies depending on the complexity and placement.
How long does production and delivery take?
Production typically takes 7–12 business days for in-stock products, and 15–25 days for customized or out-of-stock items. Delivery via Delhivery adds 2–5 days depending on the destination. We'll provide an exact timeline with your quote.
What are the payment terms for bulk orders?
We require 50% advance payment to begin production, with the remaining 50% paid before dispatch. We accept bank transfer, RTGS/NEFT, UPI, and net banking. GST invoice is provided for all bulk orders.
Do you provide samples before full production?
Absolutely. We send physical samples (or detailed photos/videos) for approval before starting full production for bulk orders above 100 units. Sample cost is adjusted against the final order amount.
Do you provide GST invoice and export documentation?
Yes, we provide proper GST-compliant invoices for all bulk orders. For export inquiries, please mention your country and requirements in the bulk order form and our team will assist with documentation.
